PHINO UL / CSA power cords can reach VW-1 / FT2, FT2 flame resistance rating; PSE power cords can reach F (vertical) and other ratings; there is no flame resistance requirement for other types of power cords.
UL certificate has been obtained. The certificate NO. is E246575 and the model No. is PUPA.
PHINO company has purchased NITON company XL2-700 Environmental Protection Testing Equipment. The environmental protection tests have to be conducted on each batch of the products.
PHINO company now can pass the European RoHS, REACH, Germany PAHs test, SONY SS-00259 standards, the European toy no "6P" test, California 65 standard environmental testing requirements.
PHINO company can manufacture the connectors applied for hot and cold conditions, appliance input socket, appliance inlet/outlet and interconnection cord sets.
The connectors should cover the following contents:
-AMP (Amperage): A(Except 0.2A connectors)
-Electric current symbols: AC (Alternating Current) symbols
-Manufacturer or vendor's name, trademark or identification mark
So far, there is no unified world-wide standard for plug and socket size. Every country has its own size standards system.
There are mainly three systems, differentiated by types sizes:
-Round type System
-Flat type System
-Rectangle type system
The round type system is used for most continental European countries: such as Germany, France, Austria, Belgium, Russia and so on.
Rectangle type system is used for most of the original Commonwealth countries: the United Kingdom, India, Pakistan, Malaysia, Singapore and Hong Kong.
Flat type system is used mostly for the United States, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, China and so on.
The processes for Phino company manufacturing the electrical wire & cable normally go through three processing aspects.
Wire extruding: According to the requirements of the manufacturing process, insulating materials with a certain thickness are used to be wrapped on coppers and which can be PVC or rubber.
Wire stranding: According to the requirements of the manufacturing process, a particular number of wires are twisted together to form a larger conductor in order to facilitate finished production extrusion.
Finished production extruding: According to the requirements of the manufacturing process, a second extrusion process is applied on the stranded wires and insulating materials with a certain thickness are used to be wrapped again. The insulating materials can be PVC or rubber.
